Habanero Sauce is the strongest hot sauce in the Tabasco range. As Habanero peppers have an extremely hot taste, McIlhenny has managed to soften it up a bit with a blend of papaya and mango juice. Our tip: start with a drop first to test your tolerance level and avoid having a burning mouth!

Ingredients:

Distilled vinegar, habanero pepper, cane sugar, Tabasco pepper sauce (distilled vinegar, red pepper, salt), salt, mango puree, dehydrated onion, mashed plantain, tomato paste, tamarind puree, papaya puree, spices, garlic, Tabasco pepper puree (aged red peppers, salt).
