Tabasco Chipotle sauce is made from dried and smoked Jalapeño peppers. It is a thick, dark coloured sauce with a pleasant smoky flavour that predominates over the spicy flavour. Ideal for adding that extra kick to your dishes and marinades without denaturing them.
