The Multi-Level Cooking System is a modular system that transforms your Bastard into an all-rounder. Divide the charcoal baskets into two zones by filling one side with charcoal, place the half-moon heat deflector and the cooking grate on top to create a direct and indirect zone. In combination with our half-moon accessories, the possibilities are endless.

The stand! We have designed this system to also hold a frying pan (wok). Flip the frame over and it's ready to use. You can use it with our Phantom Steel Wok, Dutch Oven or Paella Pan.
