The wood oven Duetto is one of the most versatile, because it contains 2 ovens; one for direct cooking and other for indirect cooking. Reaches the ideal temperature in a short time and little fuel. Without using more fuel we can easily finish cooking thanks to the different hours of autonomy that we provide the two ovens. More than a square meter sill, allows us to work in comfort. The 4 wheel gives us easy and comfortable ride. It also incorporates two lower shelves, where you can store firewood, cooking utensils, sauces, etc.

Lower Oven Fiamma:

This oven heats to a temperature of 400 degrees, can bake a pizza in just 90 seconds. Foods are made next to wood, capturing the flavor of wood. It also has a cooking surface large enough to cook 3 pizzas at the same time.

Superior Oven Mattone:

This part reaches 300 degrees, allowing us to cook with indirect cooking method. Cooking in the baking becomes easier, because the refractory stone transferred from the bottom food smooth progressive heat to a smooth cooking. The hot air generated by the bricks creates a natural movement that removes excess moisture. When finished cooking, after closing the lower door, we can bake up to 5 kg of bread.
