- Large Peel: The pizza peel is used to bake. It has a wooden handle and satinised Stainless Steel structure. It ensures a strength, cleanliness and easy handling. The rounded edge allows baking easily.
- Small Peel: The professional small peel is light, strong and handy. Thanks to the sanitized stainless steel structure you can easily clean it.
- Stoker: This stoker allow you to prepare the cooking area, move on the side ashes, embers and burning wood.
- Brush: This brush is provided with brass bristles that make more effective the cleaning and above all, they preserve the refractory cooking floor characteristics.
- Wooden Peel: The peel is made of evaporated beech wood, where you can prepare the pizza, bake focaccia and meter pizza.
- Pizzas balls box: In the box is possible to let the dough rising. It ensures the correct air conditions and the best hygiene. This box is suitable with all home fridges.
- Laser thermometer: The infrared thermometer allows to read the temperature in all the spots of the oven floor in order to bake at the right moment.
