Directions for use:

For Charcoal Barbecues: Let the coals reach the desired cooking temperature. Place your favorite wood chips in the Smoker Box. Put covered Smoker Box on top of the coals using safety mitts. Allow about 15 minutes for wood chips to begin to smoke then place food on the grill. Soaking the wood is not necessary.

For Gas Barbecues: Place the Smoker Box on top of the racks in the barbecue. Put your favorite wood chips in the Smoker Box. Put the lid in Smoker Box. Turn on the barbecue to high heat and allow 15 minutes for wood chips to begin to smoke. Reduce heat to desired cooking temperature and place food on the grill. Soaking the wood is not necessary.
