Kebabs are a backyard grilling classic that can be the featured item or a delicious appetizer. With sixteen prongs and two sauce cups, appetizer kebabs can go straight from the grill to a cutting board or table side. Stainless cups are great for cold or warm sauces and dips and easy to clean.
Direct or indirect grilling:
Pre-heat the barbecue to 204 ºC, prepare food on skewers before bringing to the cooking surface. Place the skewer rack over lit burners (direct, for smaller items) or unlit burners (indirect, for larger items) and cook to desired doneness. Remove from grill, add sauces and condiment cups as required, add any garnish, serve and enjoy!
Care and washing instructions:
This item is dishwasher safe. May require scouring if soiled. Condiment cups are removable for easy cleaning.
