This durable, Stainless Steel probe measures -50 °C to 380 ºC and is built to withstand the extreme heat of all day grilling.

Thanks to the probe holder, you can catch the temperature of the inside of your barbecue without touching the cooking surface.

- 1 Probe Holder: allows your probe to catch the temperature from the inside of your barbecue without touching the cooking surface.
