Tips and Tricks:

Weber's cast-iron Gourmet BBQ system also fits the Performer Original. It consists of a hinged cooking grate with a hole in the center, where you can lower in the different cast-iron parts, e.g. the wok for cooking up asian classics. It also includes the round griddle for making pancakes, sear grate which adds that traditional barbecue pattern onto your steaks and hamburgers, a Pizza Stone and a Poultry Roaster, etc.
