Constructed of high-fire, heat-resistant ceramic the Barbecue Kamado Masterbuilt's ability to insulate means that less total heat is required to cook your meal. By locking the heat into the grill, and providing uniform cooking heat thanks to its brilliant circulation, the Barbecue Kamado Masterbuilt keeps the moisture in the meat, so you’re left with juicy cuts, cooked to absolute perfection.
The grill comes with an advanced multi-panel FireBox that has a six-piece design that eliminates breakage. The durable 304 stainless steel cooking grate is ideal for roasting, smoking, or grilling, while the integrated thermometer allows you to reach the perfect cooking temperature. This family sized 18" cooking surface is the exact same size as the Kamado Joe Classic Joe series, therefore all of the accessories from the Kamado Joe Classic Joe range, such as the cooking surfaces, Joetisserie and DoJoe will fit the Barbecue Kamado Masterbuilt. Use the included ceramic heat deflector to configure for direct or indirect cooking the stainless steel cooking grate.
A dual-disc top vent in the lid allows you to control the cooking temperature in two ways. Temperatures from 82°C to 399°C can be achieved and maintained by adjusting the top vent, and the sliding draft door, while the extra-large, and easy-to-read built-in thermometer makes keeping an eye on your temperature a breeze.
The Barbecue Kamado Masterbuilt comes with a heavy-duty grill steel trolley with folding side shelves, and oversized locking caster wheels for easy manoeuvrability, as well as stability. Also included in this great package are a grill gripper, and an ash tool.
The ceramics of the Barbecue Kamado Masterbuilt are the same as those of Kamado Joe, only the color is always black instead of the famous Kamado Joe red.
