Masterbuilt Dual Fuel Smoker has four chrome-coated racks that provide plenty of room to smoke up to 8 chickens, 2 turkeys, 4 racks of ribs or 4 pork butts.

The design of this smoker is a vertical drawer with 2 doors, one for food and one for fuel. At the bottom it has a 4.5 kW burner and a porcelain coated charcoal tray on top of the burner. The ignition ignites the burner instantly and simply.

The charcoal tray makes it possible for the flame to reach the charcoal or wood chips, while protecting the burner from grease.

The 3 built-in vent valves help maintain control of humidity, temperature and smoke.
