Semi-circular ceramic deflector stones for indirect cooking on the kamado Monolith Classic barbecue. Includes Stainless Steel riser for a perfect fit inside the kamado.

An effective protection against direct heat that allows the food to cook to the exact cooking point. Easy to fit.

The crescent-shaped baffles, used in conjunction with the charcoal basket, allow you to create different heat zones in the Monolith Junior, allowing you to cook with both direct and indirect heat at the same time.

The set consists of two ceramic crescent-shaped baffles and a Stainless Steel riser.

By placing one of the two baffles on the riser, food can be cooked with indirect heat on one half and grilled with direct heat on the other half.

The baffles protect the food from direct heat, allowing large cuts of meat to cook to perfection.

The new riser design for the Monolith Junior allows you to place the second level grill on top of the baffles, doubling the available grilling surface.
