About the course:

Welcome to the next BBQ course, where flavour and fun come together in a unique experience! In this course, you will dive into the exciting world of BBQ, learning how to create exquisite and surprising dishes directly on the grill.

We'll start with our delicious aubergines stuffed with a beef stew and courgettes stuffed with a creamy seafood béchamel sauce, both gratinised with the unmistakable smoky BBQ flavour - an explosion of flavours that will awaken your senses!

Next, we'll venture out to prepare a variety of tikka masala kebabs and Moroccan kebabs, cooked both grilled and BBQ, to explore different techniques and textures.

Our own BBQ baked breads, accompanied by an irresistible roasted garlic ghee, together with steamed vegetables cooked on the BBQ without staining, are the perfect complement to our dishes.

And to top off the dining experience, you'll enjoy a surprise dessert, also cooked on the BBQ, that will leave you wanting more.

In addition, you can enjoy an open bar of soft drinks, wines and beers to accompany your culinary creations. And to start off on the right foot, you can relax with a cup of coffee or tea before diving into the world of barbecues.

In this course, participants will learn how to prepare a delicious menu that includes traditional and creative dishes that are cooked on the grill. Here is the menu that the students will prepare:
