Stuck-together dough balls stop here when you proof them individually in each of the Stack’s three durable, borosilicate glass bowls. Afterward, keep your pizza toppings within reach without using up precious counter space. When you’re done, the airtight seal on the bamboo lid — crucial for moisture control — is removable for easy cleaning.
