Easy to light:
1. Pour 1/2 litre of water into the ceramic bowl.
2. Remove the cover from the Grilltabs.
3. Place the Grilltabs in the internal burner box.
4. Light the three wood shavings using long matches or a long gas lighter.
5. Wait approximately 40 minutes until the coals have turned white.
6. Ready to grill for at least one hour.
Tip: Apart from the grilltabs you can use any kind of fuel for the Joya, like charcoal, briquettes, etc. You just have to place them in the burner box.
Nice and safe:
Grilling on the Joya is grilling in all safety. With an insulating, ceramic burner box filled with water, which never dangerously heats up and silicone feet that provide the table with that extra protection.
Very easy to clean:
The cooking grid and the stainless steel internal burner box are dishwasher safe. The ceramic burner box is a breeze to clean with a soft moist cloth.
