The trolley is very rigid and sturdy, but easy to move with the 4 wheels.

The gas cylinder is stored in the side cabinet and a fat pan pulls out from the back.

The Cadac Meridian Modular System is designed to bring out the gourmet in you as it caters for a wide range of cooking. Each modular cooking accessory fit each BBQ so outdoor cooking is now more exciting. It offers you a choice of many cooking styles: traditional barbecues, grilled vegetables, stir-fry, smoked fish, paellas, teppanyaki, baking and even pizzas. So with the modular system you can now cook 2 or 3 different dishes on your BBQ at the same time!.

There are 5 different cooking options: Baking stone, Reversible flat/ribbed grill plate, Argentine grill, Teppanyaki plate and a Warmer pan. All these accessories are sold separately!

Thermogrids. Cadac has launched the Thermogrid which gives you excellent & quick heat distribution & retention on your BBQ grid.

The Easy wash and cleaning system. The smooth porcelain enamelled fire box and drainage channels flow to a drip cup, thus allowing the BBQ to be thoroughly cleaned using oven cleaner or detergent and water. The drip cup is emptied, wiped clean and easily replaced into the back of the BBQ after each use. This prevents an unhygienic and dirty interior of the BBQ. When the inside of the BBQ is wiped, there are no sharp edges that may cut hands.
