The 2.3 kW heating element guarantees a fast heating time. A removable glass ring protects the heating element from cooking fat. With the automatic temperature control setting of the barbecue, you can precisely set the desired temperature. The temperature is not measured under the lid as usual, but from the grill itself.

The temperature of the E-Braai is adjustable from 70 to 270 degrees, which makes it suitable for slow cooking as well.

The removable grease tray is easy to clean and dishwasher safe. Four dome vents ensure good air circulation and even heat distribution.

The E-Braai comes with an accessory holder, a Green Grill ceramic-coated barbecue grill rack and a dome. For even greater versatility, you can purchase a BBQ/griddle, Grill 2 Braai and a pizza stone which are available as optional accessories.
