By inverting these new racks and placing them on top of your existing racks you have doubled the cooking capacity of your smoker from 924 cm2 per rack to 1848 cm2 per rack. This is a substantial increase when making jerky, sausages, smoked fish or other products that require a larger cooking surface area.

Bradley Jerky racks have a smaller mesh opening which is ideal for for bite sized foods such as: oysters, mussels, shrimp, sausages, jerky, almonds, vegetables, etc.

Smoking in bulk will not affect the seasoning and saves time and money.
