Easy to assemble and equipped with quick-setting forks that offer excellent balance, the distinctive wedge shape allows the roasts to seal tightly the dome of the kamado-style ceramic oven for optimal heat retention, while uniform and constant rotation preserves the natural juices of the meat for a uniform roast.
