The Sear burner module is like the built-in grill, embedded directly into the work surface of the outdoor kitchen. This creates a particularly high-quality appearance in your outdoor kitchen.

The Sear burner works on the infrared principle. In a ceramic body are thousands of small openings through which the gas flows. On the surface, the gas burns evenly causing the ceramic to glow.

The resulting: very intense infrared radiation is used to sear the food to be grilled. Within a very short time a delicious crust develops on the surface - it caramelizes downright.

The 4.6 kW power of the ceramic burner ensures the enormous temperatures generated by the Sear burner. Of course, the burner can be down stepless, so that it can be used on a small scale as a normal cooking place for pots and pans.
