With this cast iron frying pan you can cook meat, vegetables, fish and much more.

Cast iron frying pans and griddles are the perfect tool for frying, sautéing and cooking. They reach higher temperatures than other materials and also retain heat better, making them ideal for giving food a crisp, evenly "caramelised" finish.

Also, when you take the pan out, you can rest it on the bamboo tray so that you can present it on a table without burning the surface underneath as a placemat.
