Made of top quality 304 Stainless Steel, the rugged Titan barbecue is engineered to withstand years of high-volume cooking. This well built BBQ features a welded tubular cart and bolted side shelves for stable work surfaces. It also includes all the features an experienced outdoor cook will love: three burners, each operating as an independent cooking zone, an adjustable warming rack, grate level temperature thermometers and a push button electronic ignition.

With TRU-Infrared technology that prevents flare-ups, uses less gas, and delivers even heat. Folding side shelves allow for easy storage.

TRU-Infrared technology:

The TRU-Infrared system uses radiant heat to cook featuring a special grate at the core of the BBQ between the burners and the cooking surface creating a barrier between food and flames.

This technology locks in 50% more juices of the food than traditional barbecues, also uses 30% less fuel than modern gas BBQs.

A Char-Broil TRU-Infrared system, through a combination of heat output and burner construction, uses less fuel than other barbecues, cooks faster, and delivers juicier food than other gas barbecues. Airflow is strictly limited in TRU-Infrared barbecues which virtually eliminates flare-ups and produces very even heat – no hot or cold spots – at temperatures that range from slow roast to sear. How TRU-Infrared Works:

The science behind TRU-Infrared tells a juicy story. Unlike traditional gas barbecues that use convective heat (hot air) to cook food, Char-Broil’s TRU-Infrared grills limit the hot air flow and use natural, radiant heat to cook food directly without drying. While convective heat destroys food’s moisture barrier, infrared heat penetrates it without drying, locking in natural juices and flavours.
