The Broil King Pepper Roaster is ideal for preparing stuffed jalapeños or any other variety of small peppers. The stainless steel bottom plate supports and protects peppers from direct heat.

Direct or indirect grilling:

The roaster can be used for either direct or indirect grilling, but will yield better results from an indirect grilling setup. Turn the outermost burners of the BBQ on, leaving the middle burner(s) unlit. Place the pepper roaster in the middle. Most recipes will work best between 149 ºC and 205 ºC.
