It is made of heavy cast iron surrounded by a durable porcelain coating, it has an internal roasting rack to elevate ribs off the bottom of the pot for steaming in their juices, or other flavoured liquids. Ribs cook completely and stay moist in under an hour.

Porcelain coated cast iron is used for the roaster as it delivers a constant high searing temperature thanks to cast iron's ability to hold and distribute heat evenly making it an ideal accessory for creating fantastic ribs on the barbecue or in the kitchen.
