It also has an additional side fire for cooking broths, sauces, oils, boiling water, etc. Its elegant design includes two side tables and an enclosed trolley, offering functionality and style. The GBS (Gourmet Barbecue System) vitrified cast iron cooking surface with sealing grill retains heat and marks meats. With an electronic ignition system and thermometer in the vitrified stainless steel plywood lid, it is ideal for your outdoor barbecue sessions.
