WeGrill imitates a charcoal barbecue, thanks to the radiation cooking and the possibility to reach 850 ºC. The WeGrill gas BBQ reduces the cooking time and enhances the flavour and authenticity of the food, that gets much more tasty, healthy and tender, thanks to the fast searing that retains the liquids and juices inside the food.
