The enamel of the steel prevents from the rust. It is easy to clean, and storage, and it doesn't need oil after using it.

The Steel conducts the heat quickly and evenly, and thanks to its thickness, it it's very rigid and resistant.

The base is slightly convex so the oil is accumulated in the middle, that helps at the beginning of the cooking.

Key Features:

- The pan is manufactured in enamelled steel.

- Built with a thicker gauge steel than other manufacturers which produces a stronger pan less susceptible to warping.

- Like all traditional paella pans, the base is slightly dished allowing the oil to collect in the centre when frying your ingredients & creating the sofrito.
