Smoking Wood Tray Fish.

A delicious mix of smoking wood, herbs and spices. Perfect for fish and seafood. Also great with chicken and lamb.

Choose between various smoke mixes in handy smoke trays, ready for use in grill.

- Reusable aluminium tray.

- Contains 70 g.

- Ingredients: beech, coriander, mustard seed, onion, pepper, bay leaves, garlic.

How to use:

When the grill is hot, 200-250 ºC, remove film completely from tray.

The grill smoking takes 20-30 min. with indirect heat.

Charcoal barbecue:

1. Place tray directly on hot coals under grill grid.

2. When smoke is well underway, place raw material on grid next to tray. Close lid and leave damper slightly open to keep smoke inside grill.

Gas barbecue:

1. Place smoke tray under grid directly on a lid burner, if possible, or on grid above a lid burner.

2. When smoke is well underway, close lid. Lower heat, primarily burners under raw material. Some types of gas grill will have to be sealed off, so that smoke is kept inside grill. This can be done with aluminium foil. Place grill sheltered from the wind.

* In gas grill, the BBQ smoke in the tray may develop flames if the grill is too hot. Avoid this by sprinkling some drops of water on BBQ smoke tray surface prior to placing it in gas grill.
