Sticky Ribs Rub.
Sprinkle the herb and spice mix generously over a rack of ribs and give it a good rub. Use immediately or let the meat marinate overnight for a more intense flavour. Grill the ribs in the oven or indirectly on a low temperature barbecue with a closed lid (100ºC - 130ºC) for about 3 hours. Take the rack of the grill and baste the ribs while they're still hot for a delicious glaze.
