After Weber released the mind blowing Summit S670 GBS it was difficult to see how the boundaries of barbecuing could be pushed further. Not content with producing one of the best gas bbqs on the planet, the development team at Weber set to work on producing the next groundbreaker. Alas, The Weber Summit Grill Centre (with Social Area) is brand new for 2012 and redefines the way we look at al-fresco dining and entertaining...

1. Rotisserie and Rear Infra-Red Burner - Like its baby brother, the Summit Grill Centre has a rear mounted infra-red burner which is ideal when coupled with the pop-up rotisserie concealed within the left hand work shelf.

2. In-Built Lid Thermometer - As with every Weber gas bbq, an accurate built in temperature gauge is fixed into the middle of the shroud which minimises the need for lifting the lid which means juicy, moist results which ooze flavor.

3. Insulated Ice bucket and Disposal Bin - Extremely useful for parties and gatherings that this barbecue will no doubt be the star of, an accessible insulated ice bucket rests, sucken into the main bbq frame. A concealed rubbish bin compliments this and thanks to the "flush" flap, flies and insects will not be attracted to the waist.

4. Condiment Speed Rail - Positioned on the back of the Summit Social Area, the speed rail tidily stores bottles and condiments for easy access by you guests.

5. Useful Storage Units - The multiple cupboards and storage units provide ample space to store all manner of accessories, crockery, food and fuel and feature removable wire shelving and a kitchen roll dispenser.

6. Illuminated Burner Controls - the Summit burner knobs now feature backlit kettle faces which are turned off and on with a discreet button to give a warm red glow which looks fantastic when the sun sets.

7. Six Powerful Main Burners - Totaling 60,000 BTU between them, the 6 stainless steel burners provide an intense heat, which is further supplemented by additional Sear Burner, dedicated Smoker Burner, (double) Side Burner and rear rotisserie burner to cook almost anything to perfection. Each is individually controlled so turn on only those you require to save on gas!.

8. Duel Ring Sideburner - Unique to the Summit Grill Centre, a duel ring side burner sits neatly under a flush stainless steel surface when not in use. Two ring sizes (3500BTU inner and 23,500BTU outer ring burners) accomodate a variety of pan sizes.
