This Weber griddle replaces the entire grill of your Genesis barbecue with a large griddle plate. The Integral Griddle for Weber Genesis 300 Series takes up the entire cooking surface unlike classic griddle accessories.  

Made of enamelled cast iron, it distributes the heat evenly and is very insensitive to deformation. It heats up very quickly and is able to reach high temperatures without any problems and stays hot for a long time. It is the perfect utensil to cook eggs, bacon, burgers and even pancakes or pancakes in a jiffy. Perfect for cooking vegetables or small foods that would otherwise go on a grill.

You can also prepare large quantities of seafood and shellfish at the same time. The edges retain juices and seasonings for maximum flavour. After cooking, simply remove any leftovers with a short spatula and push the fat and cooking juices into the drain hole. Thanks to the griddle's smooth enamel coating, simply wipe it clean with soap and water.
