The Smoke Beech wood chips are great for adding wood smoke flavor to foods, or they can be the perfect alternative to charcoal briquettes as a heat source for grilling.

Beech wood chips are ideal for using with bbq smokers, charcoal and gas barbecues to give an aromatic and delicate smoky flavour to your food.

Famous in the Pacific Northwest for smoking salmon, this mild wood is the chef's smoke of choice when looking to create a delicate smoky flavor. Excellent with all seafood and vegetables.

For the perfect flavour soak the chips in water for at least 30 minutes before using and simply add to hot coals and can also be used with gas barbecues in conjunction with the Weber Smoker Box.
