Cadac Braai Maxx BBQ introduces a revolution in outdoor cooking, with 2 independent cooking areas that allow the variety of interchangeable cooking surfaces to be used side by side.The multiple cooking options and surfaces included with the Cadac Braai Maxx BBQ ensure the chef can experiment and create a diverse range of really exciting dishes, to delight both guests and family time and time again.

Features:

- A revolution in outdoor cooking with 2 independent cooking areas side by side that allow for a variety of interchangeable cooking surfaces to be used.

- A modular system using the differing cooking tops included.

- Both cooking sides have an independent dome which is double skinned, insulated with nonstick coating on the inside of the dome to assist cleaning.

- Each individual dome includes a thermometer.

- Each cooking side can be controlled independently.

- This BBQ features a 5-Jet Turbo-burner. Each burner is finely adjustable, includes both piezo ignition and flame failure shut off.

- 5-Jet Turbo-burner allows you to slow cook for hours at low temperatures (below 100°C) constantly, or high cook and bake at temperatures (over 300°C – perfect for flat breads).

- Two fixed side tables, one each side allows plenty of room for food preparation.

- All the cooking tops and the gas cylinder can be stored neatly beneath the unit in the storage cabinet.

Cadac Braai Maxx Barbecue includes the following cooking tops:

- 2 Cooking grids: These open grill tops are for all traditional BBQ style cooking. The aluminium grill itself is coated in hard, low-stick CADAC C-coat, for easy cleaning and is non-stick. So no more un-hygienic grids.

Paella pan: Made from thick aluminium with non-stick coating. Ideal for paellas and risotto.

Braai Style Wok: Carbon steel body allows for high temperatures to ensure perfect wok-style cooking. Solid Stainless Steel handle.

Baking Pizza Stone: The baking stone is used for baking all types of pizzas and bread, from the traditional loaf, to pita bread, from focaccia to nan bread.

Skottel/Teppanyaki: Made from high grade Stainless Steel and aluminium TriPly material, the Stainless Steel for durability and cleaning, and the aluminium for excellent heat distribution. Use the Skottel for stir fries, eggs and bacon, prawns, sausages, or for Teppanyaki cooking.

Cutting board: A bamboo cutting board drops into the front handle for food preparation.
