How do I use the smoker box?

Before using the mini smoker box, soak the wood chips in water. The packaging often indicates how long you have to do this. Let the wood chips drain well. Wood chips that are too wet start to steam instead of smoke.

Place the drained wood chips in the mini smoker box and place the box directly on the grill, now you can use the lid. Now you can use the lid, close and start the smoking process!

Different types of wood

You can use different types of wood in the mini smoker box. For example: apple, cherry, beech or oak. Each type of wood has its own characteristic aroma. This is of course partly a matter of personal taste.
