It also features three cooking levels and Napoleon's sophisticated Pro air control system, which has been upgraded to further increase the precision of airflow and temperature control. This works with a stainless steel heat diffuser that keeps the charcoal away from the barbecue bowl while distributing the heat evenly and directing the spent charcoal into the ash collector.
