The cooking surface of the Prestige 665 Black features Napoleon’s Iconic Wave cooking grids in Stainless Steel. The 7.5 mm Wave cooking grids provide even heat and prevents smaller foods from falling into the barbecue. Napoleon’s dual level 304 Stainless Steel sear plates provide plenty of coverage for dispersing the heat coming from the burners underneath. The dual level design of the plates gives additional protection and surface area for drippings to vaporize off, even between each burner. Each sear plate has a window, making it easy to see what burners are ignited, from above the grid surface.
