The extra large rectangular stone is placed on the cooking grid and preheated for about 30 minutes with the lid closed. Then the pizza can be placed on it. The pizza is placed directly on the stone and the lid of the barbecue is closed again. A cordierite stone pizza requires much less cooking time than a frozen pizza made in the oven. So be careful and remove the pizza from the stone at the right time.

Baking on a ceramic stone removes moisture from the dough through the pores of the stone. In this way, you will achieve a particularly crispy result like in your favourite Italian restaurant.

The baking stone heats up when the barbecue is heated. In this way, the cordierite stone can heat up slowly without cracking. As soon as the stone is sufficiently preheated, you can start.
