When Mike Lingwood launched Outdoorchef´s first gas barbecue over twenty years ago, he was aiming to create something better than simply a barbecue. He dreamt of a healthy and varied barbecue culture, bringing people a unique outdoor cooking experience.

The Ambri Gas spherical barbecue has a grill area of 48 cm in diameter, which makes it ideal for cooking for both small and large groups, even for you and your whole family!

Above all, at the centre of the barbecue is a unique funnel system that offers guaranteed even heat distribution and protects the food on the grill from harmful flare-ups, as the burner is fully protected. This ensures you delicious meat, cooked to perfection!
