Tips:

For smoking at low temperatures for several hours (less than 250°C) place the charcoal and wood in the small chamber and rotate the vents to an almost closed position, so that the air flow is smooth.

If you want to roast at high temperatures, you light the charcoal in the large chamber and rotate the vents to a fairly open position, so that the air flow is fast.
