The Steel conducts the heat quickly and evenly, and thanks to its thickness, it it's very rigid and resistant.

The base is slightly convex so the oil is accumulated in the middle, that helps at the beginning of the cooking.

- Built with a thicker gauge steel than other manufacturers which produces a stronger pan less susceptible to warping.
