Sunstone Ruby Series Companion Pro Infrared Burner features Infrared burners up-to 30,000 BTU’s. The Companion Pro allows you to Grill, Sear, Griddle, Charcoal Smoking & Steaming all within this Multi-Functional Burner.

The base burner includes the 304 Stainless Steel Cooking Grid, with the Warming rack below. Upgrade to any of the inserts including the Solid Steel Griddle (sold separately), the Charcoal Tray for the best in flavorful smoky, tender tasting food. The adjustable vent allows greater air flow to burners when using the Griddle, or Charcoal Insert for consistent high performance grilling and safety.

The double infrared side burner offers great control and dependability.

Constructed of commercial 304 grade Stainless Steel, it features two infrared burners (up to 15000 BTUs per burner) and includes a  removable Stainless Steel cover with chrome plated handle, so larger cooking pans or pots have no issue fitting.
