Indirect combustion: The indirect combustion wood-fired oven was invented 30 years ago by Giovanni Fontana, with the clear purpose of creating a cooking solution that avoided the difficulties of installation and use of the typical traditional refractory oven. This ensures the possibility of cooking for many hours uninterruptedly, avoiding the inconvenience of the preheating of traditional ovens.

The built-in oven with the smallest size of the entire range, while still offering a generous cooking chamber of 42 cm width, depth of 57 and 37 in height.
