Direct Cooking: Fontana ovens that use the direct cooking technique are highly specialised structures and allow very short start-up and preheating times, with a consequent reduction in wood consumption. The barbecue flame exalts the flavours of the dishes, allowing endless preparation. It is not just a traditional Italian pizza oven, but a real chef's helper at home. In fact, this type of oven can be easily used for most occasions thanks to its sturdy structure and transportability.

Oven with 80 x 80 cm cooking chamber.  It is provided flue pipe with adjustable smoke exit valve and chimney top, closing door for the cooking chamber. The fire surface is made of high quality refractory chamotte, certified for food use. The internal structure is in stainless steel, while the external one is in electrogalvanized steel treated with paints at high temperature for the maximum resistance to heat, weather and rust. The insulation of the oven is made of natural rock wool and it allows to maintain temperature more efficiently and to avoid that the external structure becomes too hot.
