Indirect combustion: The indirect combustion wood-fired oven was invented 30 years ago by Giovanni Fontana, with the clear purpose of creating a cooking solution that avoided the difficulties of installation and use of the typical traditional refractory oven. This ensures the possibility of cooking for many hours uninterruptedly, avoiding the inconvenience of the preheating of traditional ovens.

Essential and minimal shapes for an oven with a large cooking chamber of 80×45 cm on three levels. Equipped with fan, lighting, thermometer and the doors are made of cast iron.
