Firewood Oven Shovels Set

The shovels are made of welded laminated steel and are coated with a layer of fireproof protective paint that ensures the durability of the parts and the welding seams against the action of fire.

The set is made up of four fundamental tools that every baker should have:

- Half-moon shovel: Ideal for handling firewood and embers. With it you can move the burning logs, break those that are in the middle of combustion, distribute or set aside embers and all the functions required to temper the oven.

- Flat shovel: Necessary to put in or take out the casseroles. Thanks to its geometry, formed by a simple, completely flat blade, it can be placed under casseroles or dishes with total ease without the need to turn them over, even when they are at the bottom of the oven.

- Hook: The hook allows the heaviest casseroles to be handled without the need to lift them. Its shape allows them to be hooked directly over the edge and pushed or moved to one side or the other of the oven depending on the most favourable interior layout for cooking.

- Ash scoop: Closed at the sides and bottom, it allows ash and embers to be taken out of the oven for cleaning and for handling the embers and small burning logs.
