V-shaped grates and drip pans drain grease and help prevent flare-ups. Hot fat flows through the V-shaped grates creating tender, juicy meat with a delicious smoky crust.

Once the fire has been smothered, it's ready to go. No need to wait for the wood to turn into embers. In addition, the heat-resistant brick grill generates an incredible heat radiation, providing a cosy and warm atmosphere before, during and after cooking.
