When Mike Lingwood launched Outdoorchef´s first gas barbecue over twenty years ago, he was aiming to create something better than simply a barbecue. He dreamt of a healthy and varied barbecue culture, bringing people a unique outdoor cooking experience.

The Kensington 570 C features the innovative slide funnel system developed in Switzerland. This allows you to switch, with a single movement, from direct to indirect heat when barbecuing. This means that up to 100% of the grill surface can also be used indirectly.

The folding chrome barbecue grid can be topped up with charcoal easily and safely, without any fall in temperature. The Stainless Steel charcoal basket allows rapid lighting with minimal loss of charcoal/briquettes during barbecuing. The heat is controlled using the ventilation system with handles to guarantee optimum regulation of heat and air. The kettle and the juice tray are porcelain enamelled, which allows easy cleaning.

The integrated juice tray ensures perfect barbecuing pleasure and tender meat. Simply fill the juice tray with water or the liquid of your choice and flavour with herbs as desired.

A bonus for lovers of smoky flavours: simply fill the juice tray with smoking wood chips. From tender pulled pork, to juicy beef brisket or spare ribs where the meat simply falls off the bone – the Kensington 570 C effortlessly masters all the challenges of charcoal barbecuing.
