The Gourmet Check has an easy to use interface. The dishwasher-safe dual-sensor design measures both the inside of your barbecue and the inside of the piece you are cooking.

The built-in timer and alarm ensures juicy steaks by activating when it detects temperature changes that are critical to the finish of your food.
