Pereruela´s factory continues with a millenary tradition in the handcrafted elaboration of wood-fired ovens. Tradition, progress, innovation, efficiency and quality characterise them. Refractory clay is resistant to high temperatures, it consists of natural clay materials, kaolin, micas and quartz, that is why these ovens need little time and little wood to heat up, the accumulation of heat makes it possible to cook for hours because the oven stays hot due to its domed dome of a single piece and the unique properties of its refractory clay.

The Classic round oven White model is characterised by its simplicity, and is finished in white cement, maintaining its artisan essence and a rustic and traditional finish. The construction rests on a reinforced concrete base.

This wood-fired oven is handmade with Pereruela clay and is characterised by its great resistance to fire, that it heats up in a short time and that the heat is maintained for 12 hours.

This oven with burner is the result of the combination of the traditional Pereruela oven but with the heat source applied from the burner in the lower area. This improves the space available for cooking by introducing the wood only in the burner. The floor of the oven is 50 mm thick, the walls of the clay oven are 50 mm thick. They are made by hand for several days and left to dry in the sun for more than a month, after which they are baked in special, automatically programmed ovens at a temperature of more than 1000 °C.
